William Russel Clouser

January 9, 1939 - January 16, 2021

On 16, January 2O21 William Russel Clouser (Bill) of Philadelphia passed away at the age of 82 . Survived by his sister: Mary Jo Bradley, his nieces: Emi (Victor) Allen, Kathleen (Jim) Fisher, Nephews: Joseph (Kristi) Bradley, and William (Patricia) Bradley; as well as his great nieces/nephews: Melissa Morin, Kristen Sabin, John Bradley, Jessica Fisher, Bradford Fisher, Colin Bradley, Chris Allen, Heather Fisher, Savannah Allen, Kathryn Bradley, and his great grand niece: Scarlett Sabin. Bill was preceded in death by his partner of 41 years Richard (Rick) Kelly, his mother Mary Clouser (nèe McNicholas), Father John Earl Clouser Sr., and Brother John Earl Clouser Jr. Born and raised in Colwyn, PA, Bill joined the Navy after high school. After completing his service, he briefly moved to/lived in California,. Bill then returned to the Philadelphia area to be closer to his family. In Philadelphia he started his own business, and enjoyed taking care of and being the handy man for his rental properties throughout the city. Bill will be remembered for his caring and nurturing nature, and as a person who could be counted on to lend a sympathetic ear or a willing hand regardless of the circumstance. Most especially he will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and his infectious laugh, both of which he generously shared with all who knew him. Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic and its restrictions, a memorial service will be planned when people can safely assemble. The family will inform loved ones and friends of the date and time when the service is scheduled.
