“I like to thank Carol, Harry and staff from Hancock Funeral Home for all their help and support thru this difficult time for my family and self. This was the first funeral I had to do and it was for my father. The staff was kind and professional as they help guide us thru funeral planning, explaining all our options and pricing. They were very patience and understanding with answering all our questions and request to customize things like prayer cards that were hard to find and went above & beyond to help get them printed for us. The prayer cards being something that meant a lot to my mother and father. Harry was very supportive for me especially on the day of the funeral because I was a bit nervous, despite everything being ready (as I said earlier it was my first funeral to arrange.) The staff and Harry did a wonderful job setting up the posters, flowers and etc. Many thanks to Hancock Funeral Home staff, I appreciate all you did for us.”
